Huawei At Mobile World Congress 2014: Chinese Tech Company Jumps In The Bandwagon As They Get Set For A Smart Watch With The TalkBand B1

Huawei At Mobile World Congress 2014: Huawei recently revealed their latest in gadgets and technology with their new Smartwatch, modeled just like the Samsung and Sony smart watches that has come out recently.

Huawei introduced their TalkBand B1 in the latest Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain.

The Huawei TalkBand B1 was reported to be released on the second half of the year but the Chinese tech company surprised consumers as they released their latest gadget this week in Barcelona.

The TalkBand B1 was priced for $140, which is the usual rate for fitness and smart watches in the market today and is significantly cheaper than its Sumsung counterparts Galaxy Gear and the Sony smart watch 2.

This is marketed as a "hybrid smartband" that would surely meet the expectations of the consumers, as they would find what they needed in a smart watch in the Huawei gadget.

The watch features a detachable screen that is connected to the wristband itself via chips and the end of one strap features a USB plug for charging the device.

The watch can be used for making phone calls, has a very clever design for charging the watch and has excellent support for iOS and Android gadgets. It has a wide display packed with a nonchalant design and color.

On the other hand, this flexi watch may be a bit tricky to put on since the design and shape of the band is wider than usual, making it a bit awkward on your wrist because of the wide design and the screen could be a negative thing as it displays a one-line display.

However, not only can it show notifications, track your daily activity and show you the time, it can also be make and receive calls if used with the speaker it is equipped with on the rear of the device.

Overall, the TalkBand B1 could easily compete with its competitors as one powerful, simple and stylish smart watch.
