Hannibal Lecter from the 1981 thriller novel Red Dragon is known to be a brilliant psychiatrist and cannibalistic serial killer. He is also known for his sophisticated, culture, and refined taste in arts, food, and music. In NBC TV Series Hannibal, the fictional character is recognized for his accurate and flawless execution of murders, something that the protagonist, Will Graham, having a hard time solving.

In the NBA, Miami Heat superstar Lebron James compared one player to Hannibal, Paul George. The four-time MVP's comparison of George to the horror novel character is of course only a joke. He just said that after the Indiana Pacers forward told media that he wants to 'pick' Lebron's brain. The NBA Most Improved Player said this when he revealed that he wants to get into King James' level.

"It would be great to be able to pick his brain, pick his mind and just talk about the game because I think he's a player that can help me get to the next level and continue to keep going to the next level," George said.

"I wish some day we have that relationship where he is someone I can talk to -- not during the season because I'm too competitive during the season -- but maybe in the summertime."

"Pick [my brain] like Hannibal Lector?" James said jokingly when asked about George's statement.

James welcomed the idea of George being under his wings. He even said that he is willing to work with his Indiana Pacers' rival if there's a chance.

"You know me, I don't mind it at all. I don't mind giving guys [advice], whatever he wants to ask. Guys know I have an open door/phone policy."

Lebron James, 29, and George, 23, have put on a show in last year's seven-game Eastern Conference finals. James, who has always been the league's biggest star, have found his closest rival in George, who went on to win the Most Improved Player. However, the older James had the last laugh as the Miami Heat trounced the Pacers, 4-3.
