Tennessee has made the shocking run of the tournament as it played in the First Four just to get to the round of 64. The Volunteers won and took the momentum from that win with them. This matchup will feature the 11th seed vs the 2 seed in the region. The winner will go onto play against the winner of the Louisville-Kentucky matchup on Sunday.

Tennessee coach Cuonzo Martin was the roommate with Glenn Robinson II, who was an NBA star for many years. His son is a star with Michigan and Friday's matchup is a reunion of sorts, but Martin understands for his team to make it to the Elite 8 for the second time in the program's history, they have to beat Robinson and company.

"I'm happy for him and it will be fun playing against him," Martin said Thursday. "Of course, we'd like to get the win, but I'm happy to see where he's come, how far he's come as a basketball player. He's a great kid."

Martin knows that Glenn Robinson III can help lead Michigan to where it is trying to go and that's back to the Final Four and back to the finals in consecutive years.

"He has that same swagger, that same walk, everything is like his dad," Martin said of Robinson III. "His dad played at the next level, and he will, too. He's good but, you know, his dad was one of the best ever."
