Son Seung Yeon: Why Come Back on April Fools Day?

Singer Son Seung Yeon, who gathered popularity through her cover of "Let it Go", released her new song "I'm Okay Now" today.

The lyrics sing of the healing after a breakup; the singer is finally able to say that life is bearable.

Fortune Entertainment claimed that the song was released on April Fools Day for a reason: "The title and lyrics singing about how the singer is over a breakup actually show that there is still love. We wanted to show this paradox by releasing the song on April Fools Day."

Son Seung Yeon also released the live clip of "I'm Okay Now" through Youtube channel brand "Sit and Live".

"Sit and Live" refers to a live recording of a song as in her previous cover of "Let it Go". Son Seung Yeon shows flawless live singing in "I'm Okay Now".

Agency staff stated: "Sit and Live is a rough version of the song without edits or additional sounds - it is as if Son Seung Yeon is singing next to you. "Sit and Live" will continue, and we will expand this concept to Son Seung Yeon's future performances".
