Jon Bon Jovi Front Runner In a Play to Intercept the Buffalo Bills; Donald Trump Hopes To Sack Bon Jovi; Will the Bills Stay in Buffalo?

The Buffalo Bills are up for grabs. The NFL franchise in the market after Bills owner Ralph Wilson's death last month.Prospective owners are already lining up or, at the very least, expressing interest. A Hall of Fame player, Donald Trump and Jon Bon Jovi among big names listed as Buffalo Bills' potential buyers. 


The Sources say Rock star Jon Bon Jovi is consumed with owning an NFL team. Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly is prepared to make a bid to buy the Buffalo Bills. The family of Boston Bruins owner Jeremy Jacobss is on board, too. Though Jeremy Jacobs Sr. released a statement saying he has no intention of selling the Bruins in order to purchase the Bills last week.


Jon Bon Jovi, the singer of Bon Jovi, is setting up a play to buy the Buffalo Bills.


Michael Cohen, Trump's executive vice-president, took to Twitter to say "There's nobody more serious than Donald Trump. Donald Trump has made it crystal clear that the Bills will remain in Buffalo."


CBS Sports reports that Jon Bon Jovi getting himself in place to be a contestants for the franchise. The Buffalo Bills will be on the market when Ralph Wilson, who is 95, dies. Wilson has owned the Buffalo Bills since it first hit the field in 1960.


Jon Bon Jovi is up against front-runner the Rogers Communications group which already works with Ralph Wilson's family to stage yearly games in Toronto.
Jon Bon Jovi is well known as being personal friends with multiple NFL coaches. Bon Jovi is a minority owner of the Atlanta Falcons, but, sources say he wants to be a principal owner. Bon Jovi has a close friendship with Patriots coach Bill Belichick and has been known to board a private plane to meet with NFL bigwigs across the country.


Music industry sources say Bon Jovi dumped guitarist Richie Sambora in his pursuit of an NFL franchise. The sources say Sambora was the next highest-paid member of Bon Jovi and Jon Bon Jovi found it cheaper to hire session musicians.


Jon Bon Jovi is wealthy, but maybe not enough to be an NFL owner. Primary franchise owners don't pass on their teams that often.


Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment CEO Tim Leiweke, who owns of the Toronto Maple Leafs, wants to to bring a team to the Los Angeles area. Sources say Bon Jovi has ties to Leiweke and his daughter and they might double team to win the Bills.


Bon Jovi ranked third in Forbes Magazine's list of annual earnings for musical acts with $79 million dollars.


The formal bidding process won't begin until Wilson's estate appoints an investment banking firm to put an updated value on the franchise and oversee negotiations.
