Online music store Melon apologized for the service error on their website, promising customers an extra two days.
On April 23, Melon posted: "We apologize for the inconvenience caused on our website. The unanticipated service error has been fixed; we will try out best to provide the most stable services in the future"
Melon promised an extended two days for all customers with a fixed-rate plan on their music store.
For those whose last day of use was on the 22nd, Melon will give an extra $1.
The extended days will be set in effect starting on April 23.
