15& is Ranked Number One This Week

News media Popdust featured an article regarding who ranks number one and other idol rankings for this week. Placing at the top of the leader board is young female duo group, 15& for their song, "Can't Hide It." The girls knocks out Akdong Musician as they are dropped to number two for their single, "200%." Ranking number three is rookie male group High4 which features IU for their single, "Not Spring, Love, Cherry Blossoms." Sihwan Park's single, "I Just Loved You," ranks number four. The cute girls of A Pink and their hit single, "Mr. Chu," ranks number six. While Raina, Nana, and Lizzy of Orange Caramel ranks number fourteen for their single, "Catallena." Energetic girls of Crayon Pop ranks number twenty-five for their "Uh-ee" single. Finally, 4Minute's single, "Whatcha Doin' Today," ranks number twenty-nine.

EXO Has a High "Overdose" of Love

The guys of EXO were featured on news media Billboard which the article explained about their new music single, "Overdose," being another hit. Last year, their previous hit single, "Growl," was popular and got them recognized globally.

The twelve member male group will divide and do a sub-unit. This is so that they can promote their single in China and South Korea. The sub-units will be labeled as EXO-K for Korea and EXO-M for China; which the 'M' means Mandarin. On the article, The Underdogs, who consist of members Harvey Mason and Damon Thomas, explained about EXO's single. They said, "The track is exciting, it's got a lot of energy," says Mason. "It's got some R&B elements, but it's still got a great melody and a big pop hook. It has elements of contemporary radio and it's kinda similar to what's going on over here. For us, it's a perfect combination of a lot of different styles of music. It gives them an opportunity to do what they do — which is create videos, choreography, sing and there's a little bit of rap." The guys of EXO-K are just waiting to initiate their promotion in Korea since the music industry is still at a halt due to the ferry tragedy; EXO-M are the only ones promoting in China.

Siblings AKMU's Singles Are All Hits

Like what you see with contestants who compete on 'American Idol,' stars are born and quickly rises to fame if they win. Akdong Musician is an example as the siblings, who won on the show, 'K-Pop Star,' has released a new album which is one that people are loving. Some of their tracks are placed on the chart and the siblings cannot be anything more but happy. Their single, "200%," ranks number one on the Billboard Chart. News media Billboard also featured an article regarding how some of their other singles from the album ranks this week.

Ranking number three, is their single, "Give Love." The other single is "Melted," which ranks number eight. AKMU's new album, is considered a success because people are loving the fresh concept that the siblings are bringing to the K-Pop industry. There are song tempo's of different kinds which fits anybody's type of music.

The siblings are really happy as their singles continue to rank on various music charts around South Korea.

K-Pop is Now Being Played Mainstream at the UK

News media Billboard featured an article regarding how K-Pop music is now being mainstream in the United Kingdom due to a fan. The name of the person is Sam Ranns who is twenty-two years old. He will be working at the radio station and mainstream K-Pop music for one hour. Now, people will listen to Korean pop music on their radio. Sam, got into K-Pop when he first listened to Girls' Generation's single, "Mr. Taxi."

Dal Shabet, M.I.B, TINT, Girl's Day, and Jyun Il Yung to Attend a Concert at Rangoon

There is going to be a concert at Rangoon which the country is Myanmar. News media Democratic Voice of Burma featured an article regarding some K-Pop idols who will attend the concert. This is the country's first K-Pop concert and the idols who will attend on April 30, 2014 will be Girl's Day, TINT, M.I.B, Jyun Il Yung, and Dal Shabet. The concert is expected to be a huge sellout as numerous teenagers will attend the concert.
