South Korea Ferry Video Captures Final Moments Of Deceased Students: Death Toll Rises To 210 As Danwon High School Survivors Visit Sewol Memorial

As the heartbreaking South Korea ferry tragedy continues to be under investigation, a video capturing the final moments of the sinking "Sewol" has the world in tears.

"Park Su-hyeon, 17, was killed in South Korea's ferry disaster. After his death, his family discovered video of his last moments saved on his cellphone," says the New York Times caption before the video.

"His father released the footage to local news media this week. Many students apparently did not realize the danger that they were in and even made jokes."

“This is by far the most heartbreaking scene I have seen in my 27-year broadcasting career,” said Choi Seung-ho when he introduced the video on Newstapa.

Earlier last month, videos from rescued survivors of the South Korea ferry tragedy also surfaced, showing the ship as it began to capsize.

On Wednesday, roughly 70 survivors from the South Korea ferry visited the memorial set up at Danwon High School in Asnan-the school where 325 students were sent on the field trip to Jeju Island.

The survivors from Danwon also visited the memorial, with many shown to be in tears in the CNN video here.

"I am at a loss for words for an apology that can be enough to console the pain and suffering even for a little while over insufficiency in efforts made to prevent the accident and also in the initial response to the accident," said South Korea President Park Geun-hye.

"We'll fix the problems and change our practices so we'll have safer nation and won't let them die in vain."
