Girls’ Generation's 532 Workout, “Can I Have SNSD’s Legs Too?”

Girls’ Generation’s special workout has revealed and it is drawing people's attention.

In SBS's 'Good Morning' aired on June 13, featured broadcaster Lee Hye Jung's diet challenge.

In particular, Girls’ Generation’s trainer Kim Ji Hoon became Lee Hye Jung's diet trainer.

Kim Ji Hoon said "Workout shouldn't be boring and should be simple to learn quickly. I will show you 532 work out that shaped Girls’ Generation Tiffany's leg."

He explained further that "The 5:3:2 ratio makes legs most beautiful. Girls’ Generation Tiffany maintains her legs with this exercise."

The 532 work out involves four minutes of step boxing, three minutes of squats, two minutes of knee-ups and a minute of slow walking.

Viewers who saw the program commented "Will I have Tiffany's legs if I do Girls’ Generation 532 work out?" "From now on, I will do 532 work out every day," and "Interesting. Tiffany's legs didn't just come from nowhere."
