Kim Kardashian Plastic Surgery 2014: Kim Kardashian was virtually unrecognizable in her Throwback Thursday picture two weeks ago. Kim Kardashian ruining her body with plastic surgery? 

Media outlets have been posting Kim Kardashian Plastic Surgery Before and After Pictures because they say Kim is addicted to her looks and loves plastic surgery. 

Kim Kardashian celebrated her first Mother's Day by posting a cute selfie to Instagram with her baby North. Kim Kardashian posted a Throwback Thursday picture to Instagram.The picture Kim Kardashian shared on  Instagram show her sister Khloé pretending to drink from a bottle of Grey Goose while Kim and Rob point and laugh. 

Kardashian has blasted these kinds of rumors before, in January this year Kardashian denied she lost 50 pounds through plastic surgery and liposuction treatments.

It's not clear what time period exactly this pic is from. Kim didn't provide a date for the photo, but it was clearly taken several years ago. The picture looks like its from about 2007 and Kim's entire facial structure is different. Kim's nose, lips and eyes are almost unrecognizable. Kim has continuously denies that she's had plastic surgery.  Botox, yes, but not the nose. She told ABC's Nightline in 2010 "I've never had my nose done."  

It looks like Kim Kardashian has a much slimmer nose in newer photos.

National Enquirer quoted a source saying Jennifer Lopez blasted Kim Kardashian of Keeping Up With The Kardashians for her plastic surgery. Jennifer Lopez reportedly is not a fan of Kim Kardashian, or her rear end.

Insiders told The Enquirer. "Kim is a huge fan of Jennifer, and she's reached out several times through the years to try and get to know her. She's managed to avoid Kim over the years because they don't mix in the same circles... But Jen's constantly seeing Kim on TV, when she turns on a computer or picks up a magazine, and the fixation over Kim's butt has really gotten under her skin." 

The source said "Jennifer is sick of all the talk about Kim's butt and how much attention she gets for her curves. She thinks it's pathetic, because she believes it's blatantly obvious Kim's had some type of lift or treatment to get such a gigantic bottom that sticks out like it does."Reports dating back to 2004 that Kim Kardashian has been getting plastic surgery.
