The young singer IU once again did an all kill on the music charts as her latest single "My Old Story," ranks number one on various music charts.

IU's single, "My Old Story," is a mega hit as her single was ranked number one on nine music charts. The charts are Melon, Mnet, Bugs, Soribada, Olleh Music, Genie, Naver, Daum, and Monkey3.

On May 19th, news media Billboard featured an article that explained that IU's single, "My Old Story" is a complete remake of the eighties hit by veteran singer Cho Deok Bae. IU sings about her waiting for her lover; despite the past mistakes that he made. The guy is actor Choi Woo Shik and he weeps while he hears IU's voice on the radio. IU's single has a sweet and classical melody which fans will enjoy listening.

IU also revealed teaser clips for her "1993-Born Rebel IU's Teaser Filming." On the teasers, it features a comic dance scene with Kim Wan Sun; who is the original singer of "Pierrot Smiles At Us." Other clips include Kim Wan Sun who is patiently teaching IU the steps to her dance routine. Kim Wan Sun explained what he thought about the remake of the single. Kim stated, "I was so shocked at how good it was." Internet users commented, "Why aren't they making a music video out of this!", "They look like sisters", and "This is my favorite song of the album."

On May 22nd, IU had her first day of solo concert which is titled, "Only One Step.. of Many More." IU performed various tracks from her new album, 'Flower Bookmark.' She sang "My Old Story", "Pierrot Smiles at Us", and other songs. The audience were excited and screamed for IU. At the end of her performances, IU received many love from the crowd as they applauded. IU's first concert is being held at Sogang University Hall. IU is going to perform on May 22 - 25 and then again May 29 - June 1.
