RHONJ Joe and Teresa Giudice Snub Bravo! Teresa and hubby Joe Giudice, stars of Bravo the Real Housewives Of New Jersey, are starting to panic about the new season of RHONJ.  According to Radar, " Teresa knows filming for the season is over and wrapped but the reunion show is adding another level of stress to her miserable situation right now. She is expecting Joe to be in jail and she doesn't know how she's going to handle explaining how terrible that is for her family. A big fear for Teresa is footage of Joe being led away in handcuffs or her reaction outside the courtroom after the sentencing." The pair were no shows to the Bravo Up fronts last Thursday in NYC and it appears that network execs are livid with Teresa and Joe for avoiding their duties.  Bravo has been very good to Teresa and her family, paying her well, single handedly making her famous, and ultimately keeping her on RHONJ even after Teresa was charged with 41 counts of fraud.  Yes, Teresa and Joe Giudice are huge money makers for Bravo, bringing more drama than any other Houswife characters in the franchise. But I do believe that Bravo also truly supported Teresa and Joe Giudice throughout their legal problems.

So when the pair decided to snub the network that supported Joe and Teresa side time after time, it's hurful to Bravo execs. But Teresa is so wrapped up in herself that she forgets how much Bravo has done for her. If Teresa and Joe were not on RHONJ, she would have gotten a much worse sentencing for their countless fraud charges then if she wasn't on TV and lacked the financial means to hire top notch lawyers to save them from years in prison.  So in a way Teresa and Joe owe her freedom to Bravo.  "The network obviously wanted Teresa and Joe there and wanted Teresa to talk about her legal problems because they are in the show, but she just isn't willing to do any press right now," a source close to the situation and RHONJ told Radar. "Bravo is totally stuck with Teresa. So Tersa is staying out of the limelight and avoiding any situation where she will have to talk about the case," the source continued.  "But Teresa is putting Bravo in a really awkward situation. Teresa is a huge draw for the show, but of course they can't force her to do anything that would put her in legal jeopardy.  "Bravo is going to push as much as they can with Teresa," the source said. 

 "Teresa will eventually have to do press for the show, and hopefully won't be in jail when the reunion show films!" Joe and Teresa Giudice were charged with a whopping 41 counts of fraud while still on the RHONJ set. Joe and Teresa Giudice admitted submitting fraudulent mortgage and loan applications and fabricating tax returns and W-2 forms. The pair pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and three types of bankruptcy fraud. Joe Giudice also pleaded guilty to failing to file a tax return for 2004, though he acknowledged he didn't file taxes on income of approximately $1 million between 2004 and 2008. We understand the severity of Joe and Teresa's court case, but Bravo and RHONJ has been so good to the Giudices. Not showing up to the up-fronts is a slap in the face to the network. It's not like Tre and Joe all that far from NYC and they could have at least made an appearance.
