Will Smith & Jada Pinkett-Smith Cleared From Child Protective Services Investigation – Willow Smith Instagram Controversy Finally Over

Will Smith & Jada Pinkett-Smith are finally cleared from the investigation conducted by the Child Protective Services following the controversial photo posted on Instagram of their daughter Willow Smith, 13, with the 20-year-old former Hannah Montana star Moises Arias in bed.

According to the reports Willow Smith was never been emotionally or sexually abused, following the controversial photo and that the Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services will no longer take action against the Hollywood couple.

As reported by Radar Online, "There has been no evidence presented that Willow has ever been in any danger around Moises, or that she has ever been physically or emotionally abused. It's likely the investigation will remain open for the next two weeks out of an abundance of caution, with no findings of reprimand against Will and Jada. Willow is a very well adjusted, smart, and articulate young lady."

Adding that Will and Jada will just "monitor their kids' social media accounts, and encourage them not to post personal photos. It has definitely been a wake-up call for Willow's parents about the dangers of social media."

Will Smith & Jada Pinkett-Smitt were reportedly under investigation by the Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services, following the controversial photo of their 13-year-old daughter, Willow, in a bed with the 20-year-old former Hanna Montana star, according to RadarOnline.

"The investigation was formally opened last week and is being taken very seriously by the department. Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have been extremely cooperative with officials. Of course, they aren't happy that their parenting skills are under scrutiny, but they understand," a source told the gossip website, adding that the LADCFS workers will be speaking to Willow and Moises Arias separately as well.

In the height of the controversy, Jada Pinkett-Smith finally decided to break her silence. TMZ was able to caught the "Gotham" star at the airport to get her comment on the "scandal" her daughter is currently facing.

"Here's the deal: there was nothing sexual about that picture or that situation," the actress said. "You guys are projecting your trash onto it, and you're acting like covert pedophiles, and that's not cool."

In an attempt to get more from the actress, TMZ tried to ask the Pinkett-Smith if she would allow her daughter to take such photos in the future, the seemingly furious actress refused to answer.

On the other hand, "I Am Legend" star Will Smith remains mum about the issue.

Willow Smith and Moises Arias controversial photo has caused quite a stir, where the "netizens" gave their two-cents about the issue and while most were shocked about Will Smith's 13-year-old daughter posing with a 20-year-old actor in bed, her parents seem to think otherwise.

Will Smith, Jada Pinkett-Smitt and their children have known Moises Arias for years already and the 20-year-old "Hannah Montana" star is best friends with Willow's 15-year-old brother Jaden Smith.

TMZ also reported that a source close to the family claims that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith believe that their 13-year-old daughter is "very mature" and that she is allowed to make her own decisions.

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith also believe that the photo that was posted on the 20-year-old "Hanna Montana" star Moises Arias' Instagram account is just "an expression of art."
