The Disney movie 'Frozen' is present everywhere you turn: on Youtube, Facebook, cinemas... and in courtrooms. A Japanese couple reportedly decided to divorce each other due to the difference in opinion on the high-grossing Disney movie. While the wife absolutely adored 'Frozen', the husband didn't see what the big fuss about. So she filed for a divorce. It's time to let it go. Bam.

Everyone on a Japanese marriage advice forum, somewhat aptly named 'The Gravesite of Married People', flipped out when a man made a posting that read that his wife was divorcing him because he didn't like the Disney movie, 'Frozen'. The back story is that, with her friend's recommendation, the wife watched the film and loved it to a point of obsession. She saw it at the cinema multiple times. The last time she went, she took him to go see it. As they walked out, he said the Disney movie was "okay" and that he "didn't really care for it personally".

According to the husband's account on the forum, she said, "If you can't understand what makes this movie great, there's something wrong with you as a human being!" and stated that she wanted a divorce. She even stopped communicating to him and will only talk through her parents, who are now mediating the divorce process.

He wrote in the forum that they have not had any major issues so far in the marriage. He claims he is the breadwinner of the family so that she doesn't have to work.

Guess marriage is NOT about sticking it through the thick and thin, for better, for worse, until death do the couple apart. If your significant other doesn't like a movie, especially the one as "great" as 'Frozen', then, definitely, let it go.

Maybe 'Frozen' was a blessing in disguise for the poor husband. If his wife was ready to divorce him because of one Disney movie made for children, she may be having other deeply-buried issues. One forum user even said, "if you've got that much money, you should hire a private investigator to look into what she's been up to. I bet she's seeing some guy on the side." Yikes.
