One of the episodes of 'Celebrity Wife Swap' season 3 will be featuring a couple from famed reality shows 'The Hills' and 'Big Brother' - Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. The couple, who once lived an extravagant lifestyle, will be swapping places with Sacha Brown and his Olympic medalist wife, Amanda Beard.

Brown and Beard have two kids whereas Montag and Pratt have none yet. For such episode of 'Celebrity Wife Swap' season 3, team Heidi and Spencer reportedly received $50,000 -a fee that is $20,000 higher than what participating couples typically receive from the show.

In a previous interview with In Touch magazine, Montag and Pratt confessed how they drained the $10 million fortune that was handed to them: "Every time we'd go out to eat, we'd order $4,000 bottles of wine. Heidi was going to the mall and dropping $20,000-$30,000 a day."

Apart from shopping sprees and high-end dining, Pratt also revealed that Montag would spend much for her hair and cosmetic regimens as well as for "10 plastic surgeries in one day."
Despite the controversies surrounding them, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt has a reason for agreeing to join 'Celebrity Wife Swap' season 3: "I think we decided to do the programme because we never really shows our side of things. And because we've always been in really manipulated circumstances like on The Hills and Big Brother. We've never been able to show who we really are and this programme helps us to do that."

Earlier in February 2014, the couple admitted how scripted their television series were. Pratt confessed that at one point, the producers asked him to not show up on his wedding day with Montag.

"They kept on turning off the lights and saying, 'Let's just call it. We've got the exit door and we've got your Rolls Royce right there. We can always reschedule and Heidi will leave with Lauren and it'll work out great,'" Pratt recalled. "I'm like, 'There are people that flew here. Heidi's dad will choke me to death.' This is where it gets real," he said.

The nuptials went off without a hitch for Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt decided to draw the line and stand up for their decisions.
