Samsung Galaxy Premier 2014 update: Samsung is preparing a June 12th “Galaxy Premier” at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The company is expected to unveil several new slabs at the event, which it is hyping up with a new teaser video on YouTube (watch below).

Phandroid notes that the South Korean tech giant isn’t exactly saying what they will unveil on the video but many are expecting that they would be unveiling the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.5. The latter will be the first to feature the best display technology on the market – Samsung’s Super AMOLED display.

The event being promoted on the 33-second video will be streamed live at 7 PM EDT and according to Phandroid, leaked reports suggest that the new tablets could be available as soon as June 27th at selected retailers. The anticipated Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is not expected to be unveiled at the event.

There have also been reports that a 2014 version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 maybe unveiled at the event, but it is unlikely. It’s possible, however, that the Note 8 will be updated at some point this year. The phablet has been a well-received product and continues to gain a following in the market.

The video by Samsung released June 6 is accompanied by the text:
