Kate Middleton and Prince William divorce might be too much of a consequence but it doesn't mean that the Duke of Cambridge will not be upset with the latest wardrobe photo scandal of his wife. Such is the claim of Paul Burrell, the butler of the late Princess Diana, to the British edition of Ok! magazine.

As per Burrell, "William is sure to be furious that these pictures have surfaced, and I think he would do anything in his power to protect Kate." Recently, German publication Bild.de released photos of the Duchess of Cambridge's wardrobe malfunction.

The photo was taken on April 17 during the couple's royal tour in Australia. As Kate Middleton and Prince William were about to board a helicopter, a gust of wind blew up the brunette beauty's dress leaving her bare behind exposed.

"Photos show our favorite Duchess Kate, 32, in the Australian Blue Mountains," the photo's caption read. As per Page Six, the photos were first sold to British publications which all refused to publish them as respect for Middleton. The photos were then sold to other publications for an undisclosed amount.

It can be remembered that the French version of Closer magazine once released photos of the mother of one sunbathing topless during a vacation with her husband.

While Kate Middleton and Prince William divorce will certainly not happen because of the princess's wardrobe malfunction although Burrell says that royal dressmakers should be warned: "I'm surprised that Kate's dressmakers don't follow the routine of royal ladies, but hopefully this is a warning to them. It's not difficult to do and it won't show - it's simply a precaution."

"The Queen has weights sewn into her clothes and so did Diana. She was only too aware of wardrobe malfunctions," he continued.

Middleton shouldn't be annoyed as well if her husband is becoming too protective. As Burrell puts it, the duchess if fortunate for having "someone who adores her and will do anything for her."
