Halle Berry And Olivier Martinez Headed For Split? Designer Can’t Take The Fact That ‘Catwoman’ Star Has To Pay $16,000 For Nahla’s Child Support?

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez might be headed for Splitsville now that the 'Catwoman' star has been asked to pay $16,000 in child support for Nahla, her daughter with former boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.

Recently, Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon ordered Berry to pay the said amount as well as Nahla's school tuition fees. The child's health care expenses will be divided by Berry and Aubry. The 'Call' actress has been similarly ordered to pay $115,000 and $300,000 to Aubry for the attorney fees that he shelled out during the custody battle.

In 2011, Berry parted ways from Aubry who later got into an altercation with Martinez a year later. Berry originally wanted to relocate her daughter to France but the judge did not allow it from happening. Martinez then issued a death threat to Aubry for not allowing Nahla to leave with them.

Despite Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez split rumors paired with child custody woes, Berry managed to be happy after nabbing a Global Icon Award at the Huading Film Awards in Los Angeles, California.

"No one is ready to receive a global icon award," she said. She also emphasized the importance of a harmonious relationship between Hollywood celebrities and their Chinese audience.

Berry dated Aubry from 2005 to 2010 and gave birth to Nahla in 2008. Eight months ago, she also had son Maceo with Martinez.

At present, Berry is spending much of her time filming 'Extant,' an upcoming sci-fi series which will air on CBS. The series will follow the life of Berry as an astronaut who comes home after spending one year in outer space. However, Berry is surprisingly and inexplicably pregnant. The series is scheduled for release on July 9.
