Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are secretly dating again? Just when we thought that RPattz is totally over his former lady love, he just admitted that they still keep in touch with each other.

The 28-year-old actor was asked by the Hollywood Reporter if he is still seeing his ex-girlfriend to which Pattinson gladly replied, "Oh Yeah!" sparking rumors that the former couple are actually still seeing each other secretly.

Furthermore, the Robert Pattinson Kristen Stewart secretly dating rumors were confirmed by Celebrity Dirty Laundry, claiming that, "Apparently, both of them have agreed to keep their relationship casual for now, i.e. just having sex but with the choice of seeing other people."

"Granted, they'll never be just friends because of the history between them, but it's definitely a step on the right direction if they're able to spend time together without arguing and fighting," the gossip site added.

However, there are also reports that suggest that it's impossible for KStew and Rob to be secretly seeing each other as the "Snow White and the Huntsman" actress is still very hurt with their breakup.

"Kristen avoided coming to Cannes until Rob had left. She does not want to party with Rob right now, he's really hurt her," Hollywood Life reported, adding that KStew is still embarrassed to face her ex-boyfriend following all the cheating controversies she had him faced.

The insider of Hollywood Life added, "She can't stand seeing him dating all these other girls, it's too much to take, she loves him and unless he tells her that he wants to get back together she doesn't want to see him, it's too painful right now."

The 24-year-old Twilight actress was involved in a cheating scandal with her "Snow White" director Rupert Sanders to whom she had an affair with, while still dating Robert Pattinson.

On the other hand, Ruper Sanders, 43, probably old enough to be KStew's father was already married with British supermodel Liberty Ross at the time of the scandal. The couple finalized their divorce recently, following the cheating incident.
