Justin Timbelake and Jessica Biel divorce rumors resurface after an alleged fight over children as the "Sexy Back" singer was named in a sexual harassment lawsuit.

In an interview with Star magazine, Sadie Bomar, Justin Timberlake's grandmother, laid the blame on Jessica Biel's feet on why she's still not pregnant: "Justin has wanted to have children all his life. If it were up to him, they'd have a baby tomorrow!"

Earlier in the year, Sadie Bomar also gave interview to the Sun and which fueled the Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel divorce rumors then.

"I think Jessica finds that really tough. She's on her own a good deal," Sadie Bomar told The Sun. "If he's not coming back at night that puts a strain on things, of course it does. It's hard to keep it all going but you have to have faith to keep it all going."

She said that this is also the reason why they couldn't have children.

"They are married but they are so busy, both of them, it's hard going," she added. "I'm sure when it's right to have children they will, but not now.

Meanwhile, amid the Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel divorce rumors, the singer reportedly settled the 2009 sexual harassment suit filed by Alison McDaniel, the ex general manager of Southern Hospitality restaurant, claiming that she was "bullied, degraded, harassed, and ultimately discharged" because of her danger, a report from RadarOnline said.

In the lawsuit, McDaniels said that after she was promoted to manager with a salary of $75,000, the sexism immediately followed from co-owner Eytan Sugarman.

At one point, Sugarman and co-owner Ronnie Kaplan allegedly forced her to watch pornography "while in a locked room ... and made fun of her when she began crying about what she was being subjected to."

"While Justin and Trace Ayala continue their friendship with Eytan Sugarman who owns Southern Hospitality, they are not investors, owners, or partners, nor do they have any knowledge of or involvement in the operations of the restaurant."
