Midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger was airlifted to a hospital on Saturday to have a scan on a knee injury he suffered last month, but he is also expected to hit the pitch running today.

Despite this, Germany is one of the favorites to win the World Cup 2014, and Ronaldo is arguably the best soccer player in the world.
