2014 FIFA World Cup: We Are One, the groovy championship theme song

The official FIFA theme songs are always a sure hit for it reach the whole world in the entire season of the World Cup. The songs are used in the warm up events, in championship matches per se and also used as a souvenir reminder of the events. It is also part of the advertising campaign of the FIFA World Cup. And because of that, the songs are usually multilingual using English, as it is the Universal language, and most notably Spanish. The official songs are also covered by the original and local artists with different versions and different languages.

                Here are the official theme songs of FIFA from 1962 to present: 1962, the host was Chile and the title of the song is "El Rock del Mundial" - sung in Spanish. 1966, the host was England and the song was "World Cup Willie (Where In This World Are We Going)". In 1970, it was the Mexico with the song "Futbol Mexico 70". As in 1974, it was in Germany with the official song "Futbol". In 1978, it was in Argentina with the song entitled "Anthem". In 1982, it was "Mundial '82" with the Spain.  In 1986, it was in Mexico with the song "Hot, Hot, Hot". In 1990, it was the song entitled ""Un'estate italiana (To Be Number One)" with Italy as the host. Next up in 1994 was United States of America with the song Gloryland. Since 1998, there are more than one theme songs released; "La Cour des Grands (Do You Mind If I Play)", "La Copa de la Vida (The Cup of Life)" and "Together Now" were the songs in hosting country France. In 2002, the hosting countries Japan and South Korea had songs entitled "Anthem", "Boom" and "Let's Get Together Now". In 2006, "The Time of our Lives", "Zeit dass sich was dreht (Celebrate The Day)" and "Hips Don't Lie" with hosting country, Germany. In 2010, with South Africa it was "Sign of a Victory" and "Waka Waka". In present, 2014, with the host Brazil - "Dar um Jeito (We Will Find a Way)", "We are One (Ole Ola)", "Tatu Bom de Bola" and "La La La (Brasil 2014)"

                One of the songs for this 20th World Cup, We Are One (Ole Ola) by Pitbull and Jennifer Lopez, is now a household name in the music industry. It already reaches over a million of views in Youtube and is already used as a background song in different events and in-house parties. The beat and the groove of the song made it so danceable and it is also ear-friendly. It is often played in radio stations and TV networks, most especially when the media talks about FIFA.
