Dead Rising 3 PC Release Date Announced For September; Expected To Run At 30 FPS For Gameplay Reasons, Watch Trailer Of New Capcom Game Here

Dead Rising 3 PC Release Date: Capcom has recently announced that the new game is coming for PC gamers and that the zombie game will be available on September 5, 2014.

The zombie-killing sequel is part of the current Steam Summer Sale and was introduced with a 25% discount on its first day but is now slashed with a 10% discount.

On the eighth day of the Steam Summer Sale, the game can be pre-purchased for your PC and is available for $44.95 from $49.99.

The survival game made for PC was upgraded with a better frame-rate to match and even exceed expectation of PC gamers.

"Allow me to set the record straight," wrote Capcom developer wbacon on the Dead Rising 3 Steam forum.

"While Dead Rising 3 is optimised to run at 30 frames per second for gameplay reasons, you can expect it to still run fine uncapped under most conditions provided you have a capable enough hardware.

"We can't guarantee that there won't be issues, and obviously depending on your rig you may see different results. Rest assured the beefier your gaming machine, the smoother your zombie killing experience will be."

"Couple that with an open world sandbox game engine, big explosions, complex physics interaction, and huge draw distance and you're bound to experience dips here and there," the publisher said.
