Moto 360 Watch’s price is expected to be twice more expensive than its fellow Android Wear-running devices, LG G Watch and Samsung Gear Live. Android Headlines reports that in a recent listing in China believed to be the Moto 360 Watch, the device is priced at 2,800 Yuan or $450. The Samsung Gear Live costs $199 while the LG G Watch retails for $229.

The listing was found on Jingdon via their site JD.com, which brings the question: Is a $450 wearable really worth it?

The Moto 360 Watch is considered the most highly anticipated Android Wear device at the moment. Android Headlines notes that the Moto 360 Watch looks like the right blend of class and high-end craftsmanship and for individuals probably in the lookout for a 21st century digital version of a timepiece, the price may not be that bad to consider.

Similar to classic timepieces, it looks like Motorola is trying to market its device as a premium smartwatch with the newest features available for the digital consumer while bearing the traditional look of a classic watch.

It wouldn’t be until the Moto 360 Watch is made available in the market would we see if the company has priced itself out for the market or not.

The Moto 360 Watch is expected to have an OLED display and a battery that can be charged wirelessly. It will also be compatible with Android 4.3, Android 4.4 and Android L smartphones and tablets, Tech Radar reports.

Motorola and Google have noted that though the Moto 360 is not waterproof, it’s water resistant. Compared to the LG G Watch and Samsung Gear Live, whose specs are already made known and is available for sale, the Moto 360 specific features is yet to be revealed.

According to Tech Radar, compared to the other two Android Wear devices, the Moto 360 looks the slightly bulkier, stockier timepiece, but with a circular face that seems to be impressing many who have seen its official images.
