Group BEAST Successfully Completes Japan High Touch Event

K-pop group, BEAST, has been unstoppable since their recent comeback.

The boy group held a high touch event with fans on July 7 as part of their promotions for their new single, "Adrenaline."

The event was held at ZEPP Dive City in Odaiba and even showcased footage from the group's recent tour in Japan, which ended this past April.

During their stay in Japan, the members of BEAST were able to experience different types of Japanese culture. The boys grasped the opportunity to interact and connect with fans, even making presents to give to the devoted audience, and exchanging words with fans that they knew by name.

Fans who attended the event were chosen at random from those who bought the new album, which ranked at No. 2 on the Oricon chart as soon as it was released. Many of the fans that attended the event showed support and interest for the group's new song that was released in Korea, titled "GOOD LUCK."

BEAST has been topping music programs in Korea for three consecutive weeks since the release of their most recent record.

"GOOD LUCK," which was written by Yong Junhyung, the rapper of the group, and Kim Tae Joo, also gave BEAST the chance to shake off their sweet, boy-next-door image and showcase a far darker, more mature side, according to the Inquirer.net.

The track and the music video had garnered the interest of Billboard magazine as well.

"The most striking part about 'Good Luck' is its production that pairs classical music elements like dramatic, orchestral strings and piano melodies with soaring synths and fizzy electronic pop," stated the music magazine upon the release of the track.

The beyond impressive dancing skills of the BEAST members was also noted, with the publication writing, "It may be the soccer-player socks half the members wear in the dance sequences, but BEAST's 'GOOD LUCK' choreography feels like the most athletic and impressive showing yet from K-pop dance this year. The sextet jump, slide and twirl around the video to seamlessly pull off the high-cardio moves."
