Aaron Hernandez murder case trial update revolve around the psych evaluation of New England Patriots and whether or not the team should release them to the court or not. Meanwhile, the former star tight end was transferred to another jail so he could be closer to his attorneys.

The Boston Globe reported Aaron Hernandez murder case trial update as the lawyer for the athlete and the prosecution argued over the relevance of the psych evaluation into the murder suspect's mental state.

Michael Fee, the attorney of Aaron Hernandez, argued before Judge Raymond P. Veary the prosecution's contention that the request into his evaluation was nothing more than a fishing expedition, particularly since the reports were made years ago.

"State of mind is critical, and it's the basis of this request. This is not a fishing expedition," Fee said, according to the publication.

The Bristol District Attorney's Office, however, said the reports won't contribute anything to the Aaron Hernandez murder case trial because they were made during the scouting and combine activities back when he was just a rookie.

The New England Patriots already agreed to turn over 317 pages of the athlete's medical records but not the 2010 psych report.

Meanwhile, the Boston's CBS  revealed Aaron Hernandez murder case trial update when it reported that the former tight end will be moved to Nashua jail from the Bristol County Jail so he could be near his attorneys.

Suffolk County sheriff Steven Tompkins said that Aaron Hernandez won't get special treatment while at the Nashua jail. Just like any inmate, he will be assessed to determine if he will be placed among the general population or in isolation.

He said that the former tight end won't be "treated any differently than any other pretrial detainee."

The Nashua jail cell measures roughly 7 feet x 10 feet and two to three beds along with a toilet.
