More "Scandal" season 4 spoilers can't be expected at least in the near future as cast Kerry Washington admitted that the script is not ready yet. Meanwhile, former cast Columbus Short's departure is reportedly clouded by misunderstanding.

"We don't have a script yet. I don't even know if that plane is going to Turks and Caicos or maybe it had engine trouble and is in right back in D.C. I don't know where she's going. It's pretty crazy," cast Kerry Washington, who plays Olivia Pope, dished out "Scandal" season 4 spoilers to USA Today.

She added: "You cant thrive with this material unless you're willing to embrace the unknown. I'm type A, hyper prepared - it challenges me to surrender to these writers," she said.

Cast Kerry Washington also dished out "Scandal" season 4 spoilers to Gold Derby as she said that Olivia Pope will have some challenges ahead, in terms of choosing between Jake and Fitz. So is she Team Jake or Team Fitz?

"I don't know, I really don't know. I always I'm not Team Jake or Team Fitz I'm team Shonda [Rhymes] so whatever Shonda writes I'm game. But I also, I just want Olivia to be able to find happiness and peace and love," Kerry Washington said.

Meanwhile, former Olivia Pope and Associates gladiator Columbus Short appeared on the show Access with Billy Bush to explain his side on the many troubles surrounding his career, including an altercation with a couple that led to his firing from "Scandal."

But the actor said that these are just misunderstandings. "There's a time when your personal life gets magnified by who we are as celebrities," he said.

In the latest alleged barroom fight, Columbus Short claimed that he "was involved in no fight."

"Cops thought I was somebody involved in the situation, and they grabbed me up by the time I was in the ground, I said--and I apologize to the officers later--I said some pretty choice words," he said.

Columbus Short's wife filed for divorce where she claimed that he pinned him to the couch to play a violent game of "truth and truth."

 "I have not been perfect, but I have not been all the things that have been on the press," he said.
