"The Blacklist" season 2 spoilers revealed an overall plan by NBC network to "change the game" as Red and Liz's relationship still continues to tease fans of the show.

NBC Entertainment chairman Robert Greenblatt revealed "The Blacklist" season 2 spoilers when he spoke to TVLine on Sunday during the Television Critics Association press tour.

He said that the series' writers would only deliver between eight and nine new episodes this fall because of production demands of "The Blacklist."

"By moving last season's No. 1 new series to a new night, Greenblatt hopes to 'change the game' for NBC on Thursdays," TVLine reported of "The Blacklist" season 2 spoilers.

"The Blacklist" pre-hiatus finale will reportedly give a "big hook" to tease the auidence before the series returns with a "big two-parter" during Super Bowl week. Robert Greenbalt also said that the show will not go back on the 10 p.m. Monday slot even if "State of Affairs" is not doing so well on that time.

In one of his interviews, creator Jon Bokenkamp said that Red maybe or may not be Liz's father but he refused to provide any more details than that.

Megan Boone dished out "The Blacklist" season 2 spoilers to DigitalSpy when she said:

"People have very confusing feelings about the relationship. I think that's interesting. People don't even understand what they feel about Reddington (James Spader) and Elizabeth Keen."

"So no matter what happens throughout the story, I think they are going to feel a little bit gratified and a little bit disappointed and all the things that are really multidimensional reactions you have for a great story," she added.

Megan Boone also teased that she knows exactly what the relationship between Red and Elizabeth is but she's not telling.

In the finale of "The Blacklist" season 1, Tom Keen revealed to Liz that he's father is still alive before the writers of the show made fans believed that he died.
