'Fallout 4' Release Date, Rumors, And News : Bethesda Confirms They Will Not Make Announcement At 'Gamescon' In Germany, Will Most Likely Wait Until E3 2015 [PHOTO]

"Fallout 4" didn't make an apperance at this years E3, which means no release date and no trailer, which has sent the internet into a rumor frenzy.

Several sources around the internet pointed to "Gamescon 2014" in Germany as a potential place where Bethesda could announce the "Fallout 4" release date. However, Pete Hines, who is the man behind public relations and marketing of games published by Bethesda, has debunked rumors that a sequel to Fallout 3 will be announced at the upcoming event. "The evil within and eso. now you can stop wondering," he tweeted.

The other event that could be the possible avenue of an official announcement of Fallout 4 is the Tokyo Game Show that will take place in Mihama-ku, Chiba, Japan. Tokyo Game Show is a four-day event happening on September 18 to 21, where the last two days are open for public. There are around 1,600 booths that will be set-up within the venue and the organizers are expecting at least 220,000 participants. Still, "Fallout 4" is a massive title, and the most likely scenario is that Bethseda will wait until next year's E3.

One of the biggest series in gaming history, it has been six years since the last Fallout installment hit the industry.

"Fallout 3: New Vegas" received great reviews from critics and players alike, a Forbes article citing it to be "the best sandbox video gaming experience ever" in 2008.

"Character creation, leveling up, the karma system (are you a good fallout survivor or a bad fallout survivor?), and combat are all exactly as they should be. The combat system punishes you for making bad decisions, like getting surprised or surrounded, letting your weapons rust, or running into the open without cover."

Earlier this year, Bethesda launched "The Elder Scrolls Online" for Mac and Windows, and "Wolfenstein: The New Order" for PlayStation systems and Xbox consoles.

Aside from reports of "Fallout 4," the video game developer and publisher is presently working on future releases such as "The Evil Within," "The Elder Scrolls Online" for PlayStation and Xbox, "Battlecry," "Doom 4," and "Prey 2."
