As "Downton Abbey" season 5 nears its premiere release date, spoilers have emerged regarding Anna and Bates.

"Anna and Bates do start season five in a more positive place than they were in season four, but obviously such an event is not something that dissipates or goes away. It's something that people live with for the rest of their lives," said actress Joanne Froggatt according to E! Online.

"There's still a cloud over Anna and I think she's definitely changed after what's happened to her, but with her and Mr. Bates, they're both trying to get through each day and rebuild their lives together, but as I said there is a cloud hanging over them still."

Meanwhile, Forbes reports that the UK press launch for "Downton Abbey" season 5 will occur on Thursday, August 14.

Reportedly, the press launch is typically when the "Downton Abbey" season 5 premiere is screened for the reporters, and members of the cast will also do "round table" interviews.

It is unlikely spoilers from the "Downton Abbey" season 5 premiere will be revealed, as the press is typically embargoed by legal documents, but the good news is, the premiere date is generally soon to follow the press launch.

The currently estimation is one month after the press launch, which puts the "Downton Abbey" season 5 premiere date at September 14.
