‘Game Of Thrones’ Star Jason Momoa Upset Over Khal Drogo’s Premature Death; Actor Admits To Cursing Author George R.R. Martin

'Game of Thrones' star Jason Momoa might have played a convincing leader but George R.R. Matin had other plans for his character. In the first season of the hit HBO drama, his character Khal Drogo has been killed off because of a worsened flesh wound.

'Game of Thrones' star Jason Momoa admits that Khal Drogo's death gave him much disappointment that he ended up telling George R.R. Martin: "After George Martin killed me, I was like, 'Go f**k yourself.'"

Despite his disappointment, the 'Conan the Barbarian' actor knew all along that his character wouldn't live until the end of season one. He realized the truth upon reading 'A Song of Ice and Fire.'

Nonetheless, he has nothing but praises for the novelist as affirmed by his interview with Huffington Post: "I'm joking. But after George killed me, I was really upset. I went to go get the book at Barnes and Noble and I was bummed that I was dead. But it's brilliant writing."

Even if his 'Game of Thrones' stint ended, Momoa's projects didn't. He will be starring in 'Road to Paloma' which he likewise co-wrote as per New York Daily News: "I am so happy for everything I have, and I'm thrilled to be able to bring it all together for this film."

In 'Road to Paloma,' Momoa will be playing the role of Robert Wolf, an American who's on the run after taking vengeance for his mother's death. Momoa's real-life girlfriend, Lisa Bonet, is also in the film.

He will also reportedly give life to Aquaman in 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' although he has not confirmed the casting news.
