San Diego Comic-Con attendees will get their first public look at "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" at The Witcher Panel. The game already has a set release date and has been sweeping events.

The hour-long panel will feature the voice of protagonist Geralt, Doug Cockle, as well as "The Witcher: House of Glass" writer Paul Tobin, Nick McWhorter of Dark Horse and franchise director Rafał Jaki, as well as Spike TV GTTV host Geoff Keighley.

Additional events will be held at the Geek & Sundry Consumer Lounge at Jolt'n Joe's Gaslamp. The panel will feature a 30 minute long live gameplay demonstration of their upcoming game The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. This gameplay is said to be "unpublished", and this is the first time the game will be played live for the public rather than on previously recorded video or behind closed doors.

"Since this is the first Comic-Con for Geralt of Rivia, we're going the extra mile to talk to as many Witcher fans as possible, at as many places as possible," Jaki said. "It's a real pleasure to see The Witcher among all those comic book and movie characters we know and love."

"The Witcher among all those comic book and movie characters we know and love."

Jaki will also be part of Dark Horse's 'The Art of the Game Panel' on July 25.

CD Projekt Red have announced that they will host a panel at this year's San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC).

"The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" is an action RPG set in a massive open-world. It will conclude the story of the witcher Geralt of Rivia who has been the series protagonist for the previous two entries as well. Much of the story and art design was leaked a few weeks ago causing spoilers to hit the internet. The game has won several "best of" awards at conventions like E3 2013 and 2014.

"The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt" will be the culmination of Geralt's journey, the end of his story as CDProjekt has written it. And after ten long years and three AAA titles, Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, CDProjekt's game director, will be free of him.

"We need a vacation from The Witcher for some time," says the game director, sounding tired.

But before he takes a victory lap around the Mediterranean on holiday, Tomaszkiewicz has his company's biggest project yet to complete. There's a lot of work left to do on "Witcher 3," he says, before its release date nine months from now.

"The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" is set to release date for PC, Xbox One, and PS4 on February 24th 2015. A MOBA entry in the franchise is set to hit mobile devices later this year.
