Now it all makes sense. The "Vampire Diaries" actor thought it would be romantic to take his gorgeous girlfriend on a fun hike, but Phoebe was having none of it. In an Instagram photo posted by Phoebe, she has her hands wrapped about Paul's neck with a smile on her face. But we're guessing she's still bitter about the hiking date.
