iKON Released Practice Video On 'B-DAY' With Energetic Dance Moves
iKON members just released another dance practice video of their new song "B-DAY." They were looking really energetic dancing to the choreography with their casual outfits.
iKON made their comeback on May 22 when they released a new album "New Kids: Begin." There are two title tracks on this album, which are "BLING BLING" and "B-DAY" and previously the boys have released the dance practice video for "BLING BLING." iKON dances seriously to the choreography of "BLING BLING" in black-and-white dance practice video.
Different from the previous music video, iKON danced energetically for this "B-DAY" dance practice, AllKpop reported. They were partying together and many viewers liked it so much because of the hype mood of the boys.
This comeback is really successful for the boys because after they released their album, they topped the charts in various international countries. After about a day of the release, the album "New Kids: Begin" ranked #1 in Armenia, USA, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, the Philippines, and much more, AllKpop reported.
For some other countries like Sweden, Turkey, Russia, and Mexico, iKON's album was within the top 100, which is a great accomplishment for them. Even though they topped the charts in several countries, netizens pointed out that the group failed to top the chart in Korea. After about four days after the release of the album, iKON's "BLING BLING" ranked #52 and "B-DAY" ranked #89 on Melon Korea, Korea Portal reported.
Having poor performance on Korea music chart, netizens think that it is a failure for iKON is a boy group from YG Entertainment. It is among the big three in Korea and netizens believe their rank could have been better. The boys' performance cannot be compared to PSY or other groups in YG Entertainment. But, even though some think that they are a failure, many people are rooting for them because they are still new and they will grow more to be better.
