TWICE Tzuyu Home in Taiwan Revealed to Have Been Burglarized by a Trusted Individual

On Thursday, Jan. 28, reports revealed that TWICE member Tzuyu's family home in Taiwan was recently burglarized by a trusted individual.

According to articles, Tzuyu's family had recently hired a cleaning staff to clean the house. The cleaning staff was recommended by a family friend, and they had trusted her completely due to the recommendation.

To their surprise, the cleaning staff had robbed the family during her time working for them. However, she did not steal prized possessions, such as jewelry or antiques. Instead, she stole photographs and TWICE albums that Tzuyu had autographed.

However, Tzuyu's family members soon noticed that the TWICE and Tzuyu goods were missing and reported the cleaning staff to the police. The Kaohsiung City Criminal University arrested the cleaning staff involved in the case and were able to retrieve the stolen goods three days ago. As to whether all of the goods she has stolen has been recovered, it is still unsure.

The investigation was able to seize 62 photos of Tzuyu, 11 albums, and 2 TWICE photo books, all of which were signed by the Tzuyu. It was revealed in the investigation that one album she had stolen was sold online for $3,000 NTW, or approximately $107 USD.

The cleaning staff, whose name was revealed to be Wang Nu, confessed to the crime. She was arrested on the grounds of intending to profit off the stolen goods and theft.
