Pharrell's hat has even more reason to be "Happy." The well-known headpiece will be getting its own exhibit at Washington DC's Newseum.

Arby's, the fast-food chain that bought the "Get Lucky" singer's hat in March, announced that the Vivienne Westwood design would be on be on display at the museum from Aug. 22 until Oct. 26.

A rep for Arby's explained, "The post-Grammy's Twitter exchange between Arby's and Pharrell about his hat was completely unexpected and has just become this remarkable moment in pop-culture this year. It goes to show the power of social media in its ability to create news."

In a statement to the Washington Post, Scott Williams, senior vice president of marketing at the Newseum, said,"The stories visitors experience in the Newseum illustrate historic and contemporary moments as seen through the eyes of the media. Pharrell's hat is a great addition to the Newseum and will serve as a great example of the impact of social media today."

Arby's bought the Grammy-winner's hat on eBay for a whopping $44,100 after the singer/producer decided to auction it off for charity.

"Thank you to whoever bought my Grammy hat on ‪@eBay for $44,100," wrote Williams on Twitter. "Your donation benefits From One Hand To AnOTHER."

Arby's soon responded on the social media site, revealing that it was indeed the purchaser.

The funds raised by the sale of the hat went to Pharrell Williams' charity organization From One Hand To AnOTHER and were used to support underserved youth between the ages of 7 and 20.

FOHTA opened its first learning center in Virginia Beach, VA. The facility will emphasize S.T.E.A.M.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics, and Motivation) education for students.

As for Pharrell's hat, Arby also created a Vine to announce the item's new home at the Newseum.
