Amy Poehler nailed yet another comedic gig. The only reason Old Navy commercial gets attention is because of ‘Parks and Recreation’ star’s funny bone. While the concept is rather mediocre, Amy Poehler’s impeccable comedic execution makes it worth watching the Old Navy commercial. Lucky for us, Old Navy also uploaded the outtakes to watch. Can somebody tell me how has she not won an Emmy Award yet?

Or stay right in your seats and wonder what comic fate has stopped the ‘Parks and Recreation’ star from receiving an Emmy Award even after two nomination.

Good thing that she received another Emmy nomination for 2014. This may be her one last shot at that elusive Emmy. Amy Poehler, playing Leslie Knope, was nominated for “Outstanding Lead Actress In A Comedy Series - 2014”.

The other lovely ladies nominated in the category are: Melissa McCarthy for ‘Mike and Molly’, Edie Falco for 'Nurse Jackie', Taylor Schilling for 'Orange is the New Black', another SNL grad Julia Louis-Dreyfus for 'Veep' and of course, Lena Dunham for 'Girls'.

ET Online paid respect to Amy Poehler, saying that she may finally win for her work in ‘Parks and Recreation’.

If not this year, ‘Parks and Recreation’ season 7 is starting up soon! Maybe she’ll get another nomination then. Let’s hope that the Emmy Awards can wrap up this Amy Poehler deal before the month is out.
