Huge news for RHONJ fans: Teresa and Joe Giudice are headed to prison. As Time reported, "Teresa Giudice, star of Real Housewives of New Jersey was sentenced Thursday to 15 months in prison. She and her husband Joe Giudice, who was also sentenced, pled not guilty to 39 counts that included bank fraud, mail fraud and wire fraud. Giudice asked the judge for no jail time. She stated in court that she is nothing like the intemperate character viewers see on the Bravo reality TV show, calling it "little more than a carefully crafted fiction, engineered by Bravo TV through scripted lines and clever editing," TMZ reports. Joe Giudice was also sentenced to 41 months in prison and order to pay $414,588 in restitution. He will also be placed under supervision for two years after prison. Giudice had argued that her four children would be left alone were both she and her husband imprisoned, but the judge allowed their sentences to be carried out consecutively so that their children would be looked after."

According to Hidden Remote, "Tonight's episode of Bravo's Real Housewives of New Jersey is bound to be the most dramatic episode of the season when Jim and Amber arrive to Florida and blow up the party. Of course the forced drama from the Marcheses is nothing compared to the turmoil surrounding Teresa and Joe now that a New Jersey judge has slapped them both with multiple months in jail. How will a jail sentence effect Teresa's role on the show? Here's our prediction for how Bravo handles her stint in jail. Teresa's departure will become center stage in the next season with Melissa and a returning Jacqueline helping out with the four girls. Then Teresa's exit will be detailed and she will claim to have seen the light from her time in prison. Her husband Joe will never be seen on Bravo again. In this preview from tonight's new episode we get to see Teresa's daughter Milania make breakfast for the family. Hope she's practicing doing laundry and paying the cable bill as well. While we wait to hear about fate of the Giudices, we have a Florida throw down to look forward to. The good news for everyone is that no nonsense Dina is there to keep it real with Amber and Jim. Sure, Amber acted embarrassed last week when her husband Jim started to act like a 14 year old girl who didn't get a pony for, but she still didn't stop him from ruining the weekend. The next morning Dina has made a decision that Jim and Amber have got to go, and she isn't going to wait for a house vote. Dina puts on her bossy pants and takes it upon herself to evict them from the home."
