"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" alum Nicholas Brendon was reportedly arrested on Friday night in Boise, Idaho after attending Tree City Comic Con.

According to an arrest report by the Ada County Sheriff's Office, the 43-year-old actor was picked up by police at 10:40pm.

Officers were allegedly called to the event due to a disturbance involving Brendon and the hotel staff.

Brendon, who appeared bleary-eyed in his mug shot, was reportedly charged with two misdemeanors, including "malicious injury to property" and resisting or obstructing officers.

According to a statement made by the Boise Police Department, the actor "showed signs of intoxication and repeatedly refused officers commands to stay seated while officers tried to speak to witnesses."

TMZ reports that police officers revealed that Brendon broke a decorative dish at the venue and the hotel wanted to press charges.

According to the publication, the actor's rep says that he would like to apologize to the Boise police and the hotel staff for his actions.

"It would be extremely helpful, if we could all put this misunderstanding behind us and focus on more positive things," added the rep.

News of the arrest comes just a few weeks after the "Criminal Minds" actor married Moonda Tee in Las Vegas on Oct. 5.

Brendon has had his issues with alcohol and the law before. He reportedly checked himself into a rehab facility in 2004, stating at the time:

"After realizing that I had a disease that was taking control of my life, I decided that the best way for me to regain my health was to enter a treatment facility."

In 2010, Brendon was arrested in Los Angeles after police responded to a call claiming the actor was intoxicated. After allegedly swinging his fists at officers and attempting to flee, Brendon was taken into custody and charged with four misdemeanors, including one count of resisting arrest, two counts of battery against a police officer, and one count of vandalism.

The actor pleaded no contest to all four counts.
