Singer Nicole who is looking toward her solo debut, revealed her pilates skills.

On November 13, Nicole posted on her Instagram, "90 degrees pilates. Let's get pretty" along with a picture.

In the picture, Nicole is on top of a pilates machine, flipping all the way down with her back against it. She showed off her fit body through the tight workout outfit and her flexibility.

Internet users who saw this commented, "She must be so persistent in taking care of her body," "How much prettier are you going to get?," and "I can't wait for your solo debut."

Nicole will be releasing her first mini album First Romance on November 19.
