Former KARA member Nicole has released a new 48-second teaser for her solo debut "Mama" music video.

Although Nicole has been notably absent from the entertainment world since parting ways with DSP Media and KARA, she has kept fans updated on her progress through social media.

She first teased fans about a possible comeback back in May, when she released a dance training video on Instagram. Since then she has reacquainted with K-pop industry friends, including SHINee's Key, and taken up Pilates to improve her flexibility and strength as a dancer.

In the latest teaser below, Nicole croons in a sultry voice over a jazzy beat while posing in front of a piano.

The choreography appears very intricate, as Nicole and her background dancers move perfectly in sync to the beat. At one point, Nicole and the male lead dancer take turns waving their fingers at each other as though playing piano keys in a hypnotic rhythm. The dance routine is the perfect blend of sensual and contemporary moves.

For her wardrobe, Nicole changes between a one-piece body suit and a revealing long-sleeve shirt. Both outfits give her palpable vulnerability, as she sways from the shadows to the light.

Nicole's fans are extremely excited for her comeback and confident about the music video's quality. The top-rated comment under the new teaser, by MisterPopoTV, exclaims, "She is going to slay!"

Nicole will release her solo debut album on November 19 under B2M Entertainment. The agency represents other notable K-Pop talent, including Lee Hyori, Eric Nam, and Spica.
