There is talk of a Girls' Generation concert in China to celebrate the group's 7th anniversary. 

Fans are abuzz with the news that Girls' Generation will be holding a 7th anniversary concert in China early next year. 

Plans for the celebration are said to be underway for a performance in Guangzhou, China.

On Novermber 19, Chinese media outlet Sina released a statement announcing the concert. "Girl's Generation will be holding a concert in Guangzhou on January 4, 2015," they reported.

Girls' Generation's record label, SM Entertainment also reportedly said that the January show will be the group's first large-scale performance in mainland China.

A company rep also reportedly indicated that in addition to performing their hit songs from the past seven years, the members of the group would be "spending some intimate time with their fans."
