Without Kris And Luhan, Will EXO's 2015 Comeback Introduce New Members? [VIDEO]

With the launch of a new comeback teaser, EXO fans are left with one driving question—what about Kris and Luhan?

On Wednesday, SM Entertainment released a video alluding to an early 2015 comeback for EXO.

"I'm so thankful to our members of EXO-L, the people who have helped us shine and the managers who have worked tirelessly for us," wrote EXO member Chanyeol on Instagram on the day the teaser released. "You can trust and follow us, okay? We love you."

The teaser has garnered over a million views in a few days and has fans questioning the image of two marbles stuck inside the EXO logo while 10 are on the outside.

"The end scene of the balls rolling out of the maze and two still caught up in there literally gave me goosebumps," said Hewlett Ho on YouTube. "There are so many ways to interpret it. Did the 10 remaining members find their freedom and sense of belonging? Are Luhan and Kris still stuck in a maze to represent their distance from EXO and are now choosing to find their own path and their own destiny without the support of the members?"

"Or are two new members going to be added to EXO and are finding their way through to make their appearance as part of EXO?"

Another popular theory is that one member from EXO-K will be transferred to EXO-M, making the remaining 10 members two groups of five.

"Kyungsoo (of EXO-K) performed with EXO-M at the MAMA Awards," commented Sakura Chan on Monday. "Jongdae can't handle both his and Luhan's parts, so Kyungsoo's been performing with EXO-M since Luhan left."

On Friday, Kris (Wu Yi Fan) entered a second round of court-appointed mediation, but the two parties reportedly failed to reach a compromise once again. According to Soompi, a third round of arbitration will be held in 2015.

Meanwhile, allkpop reports that Luhan will enter the same mediation process starting on December 16.
