After much speculation and rumors, it appears EXO could be losing another member along with Kris Wu.

Today, various publications are reporting that EXO's Luhan has filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment at the Seoul Central Court to nullify his contract. According to TVDaily, a copy of the alleged application filed at the Seoul Central Court has the EXO member's name. In addition, allkpop also alleges that the type of lawsuit being filed is the same one filed by Kris in May.

"I knew it," commented Cathyy on allkpop. "SM's so called health reasons, sickness, illness, surgery, fall injuries are nothing but excuses for them mistreating their artists. I'm so done with this company. JYJ, Hangeng, Kris, my poor gorgeous Jessica and now EXO's Luhan. Are you kidding me?"

On October 9, the JTBC series "Ssul Jeon" brought up Kris's departure from EXO in May, Sulli's dating scandal in July and Jessica Jung's departure from Girls' Generation last month. It was during this segment that a host predicted another scandal would occur.

"That means something is going to happen in November," said Heo Ji Woong. "I think that maybe one foreign member might cause some mischief."

"There's nothing more coming out, right?" asked Kim Gu Ra on "Radio Star" to Super Junior members Kyuhyun, Siwon, Leeteuk, Kangin and Eunhyuk yesterday. "Isn't Jessica the end of it?"

"You think that's the end, right?" responded Leeteuk. "You can never tell when it comes to people."

Just last month, Jessica Jung of Girls' Generation was reportedly forced out of the group after starting her own fashion company, BLANC.

"I was given a notice of departure from Girls' Generation by the agency on September 29, and I cannot hide my shocked and upset heart about this," said the statement.

"I have received great pain and cannot hide my sadness that I was asked by the agency and fellow members, whom I've spent 15 years with putting in all my passion and effort, to leave Girls' Generation just because of the reason that I'm starting a business."

A response from SM Entertainment has not yet been confirmed.
