Hello Venus' Alice confessed that she lied to her parents.

On Thursday episode of KBS' "Happy Together 3", Alice member of the rookie group Hello Venus revealed that she lied to her parents about being accepted into college to become a singer.

During snack shop segment of "Happy Together," Alice shared her recipe for Milk Ramen, which she had eaten during her stay in Seoul prior to her debut.

Alice stated, "My mother did not support my dream of becoming a singer so I lied to her by telling her that I had gotten into college and used the money she had given me for tuition to run away from Kangwondo to Seoul. I stopped contact with her for around three months and I only had ramen to eat."

She continued on to say, "When I started running low on money, I would eat nothing but ramen and eventually I suffered from malnutrition. So hoping it would help, I added milk into my ramen."

She added that after three months of no communication with her parents, she finally returned home. "While I was away, my family was a mess as they reported to the police and everything."

Yoo Jae Suk and Park Mi Sun told her to apologize to her parents. She apologized to her mother by saying "Mom, I am now a singer, so... I am sorry", and eventually began to cry.
