EXO, INFINITE Perform A Collaborative Stage & Tribute To Shin Hae Chul For KBS's Year-End Music Festival

On December 26, KBS broadcast its action-packed music festival Gayo Daechukje. INFINITE and EXO led the standout performances which included a tribute to legendary Korean rocker Shin Hae Chul who died in 2014.

YoonA of Girls’ Generation, 2PM’s Taecyeon, and Lee Hwi Jae were hosts for the lengthy program which began airing at 8:30 PM KST.

EXO and INFINITE performed at various points during the first half of the program, then delivered a collaboration stage at part two of the show.

EXO’s Chen appeared on stage with Taeyeon of Girls’ Generation for “Breath.”

INFINITE, EXO, BEAST, and rock group N.E.X.T joined each other on stage for a tribute to veteran rocker Shin Hae Chul, who died in 2014 due to complications from surgery.The rock stage featured Hoya, Dongwoo, and Sunggyu of INFINITE.

Their highly anticipated collaboration stage included performances by Hoya of INFINITE who danced to Far East Movement’s “Bang It To The Curb” and EXO’s Sehun who danced to “It’s You.”

 INFINITE and EXO then wowed the crowd with “Dance for Ya.”

EXO continued to demonstrate their relevance in K-pop by delivering a performance, without other groups which included their 2014 hit "Overdose." 

INFINITE followed EXO with their stage of "Last Romance." 

KBS Gayo Daechukje is included with other fan favorite end of the year performance programs including the SBS Gayo Awards and the MBC Gayo Daejun, which will cap off the year on December 31.
