In the picture, Sooyoung is wearing a short-haired wig and standing in the airport, with an ordinary outfit. She has her luggage and her viola with her, and she seems determined to go somewhere.

"The 3rd Hospital" centers around 2 brothers Doo Hyun (Kim Seung Woo) and Seung Hyun (Oh Ji Ho) who conflict due to their work and their love lives. Sooyoung had been in love with Oh Ji Ho's character since childhood.

However, last week, Eui Jin (Sooyoung) went into surgery for her brain tumor but it came back a month later, which made her despair.

This week, she will decide to secretly leave the hospital and heads for the airport.
