A chart by ChannelMeter has predicted that Psy's "Gangnam Style" will hit 1 billion views by December.

If so, this will be the first video to hit 1 billion and beat Justin Bieber's "Baby."

Psy has become a global sensation with his song "Gangnam Style."

He has appeared on the "Ellen Show" and "SNL" as well as on CNN and ABC. He also attended the MTV VMA's and many radio stations.

He will be releasing his debut U.S. album sometime this November.
