Pregnant Jessica Biel Nurtures Baby Bump, Stays Fit With Organic Diet And Exercise [PHOTO]

This past Saturday, happy daddy-to-be Justin Timberlake confirmed the news that wife Jessica Biel is having a baby. According to E Online, Biel is in her third trimester, and is set to give birth in either late March or early April! The 32-year-old beauty has managed to stay very much in shape throughout her pregnancy, which doesn't really come as a surprise given her famously enviable body.

Besides her good genes and dedicated workouts, Biel has credited farm-to-table meal delivery service Paleta in the past. Last April, she tweeted, "Thank you‪@eatpaleta for making my life easy & delicious. 3 meals & snacks at my doorstep? Yes pls. ‪#PaletaForLife."

E Online reports that a sample menu includes an asparagus and sun-dried tomato frittata as a breakfast item and Thai chicken satay with peanut ginger sauce and minted couscous for dinner... sounds amazing!

It sounds like she has been keeping up with her organic food kick. An insider recently revealed, "She has been having deliveries from local farms so she can eat fresh organic produce and be as healthy as possible throughout the pregnancy. Being healthy is really important to her. She is very aware of the importance of eating well. She wants to have the best pregnancy possible."

Furthermore, Biel is doing her best to stay as active as possible, both indoors and outdoors. The insider continued, "She loves going hiking or on walks. She also does yoga at home and light stretching. She has spent a lot of time at home and plans to slow down on traveling in the next two months...she's embraced being a homebody and taking it easy."

If only we had the dedication to fitness and diet that Biel does!
