Singer Kim Hyun Joong has become known as Asia's star this year.

Starting with his debut Japan album at the beginning of this year, he has also gone to 5 different countries in Asia and met with his fans for his, "Kim Hyun Joong Fan Meeting Tour 2012".

He released his second Japan single in July and ranked number 1 on the Oricon real time charts and monthly charts. 

His album sold 202,672 copies and ranked number 30 on the Oricon Yearly Single Top 100 K-Pop chart, beating other idol groups.

This month, he released his first official album and received much love and support.

He also received much support in China as he made appearances on variety show programs and gained the highest viewer ratings.

He also won in 4 categories for the '2012 Yahoo! Asia Buzz Awards', showing his global popularity.

Starting next month, he will begin his Japan tour to meet with his Japanese fans.
